ಮೈಸೂರು ಕೊಡಗು ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಬಾರಿ ಕೊಡಗಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣ್ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕುಲ ದೇವತೆ ಕಾವೇರಿ ಮಾತೆಯ ಸನ್ನಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂಜೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಶುಭ ಸಂದರ್ಭ.
