• On August 27, on the occasion of the birthday celebrations of AK Subbaiah, 67 female students were provided with a scholarship of Rs.10,000 each. 
• Helped students from Kodagu secure admission and seats in sports hostels, colleges, prominent schools and law colleges in Bengaluru and other places.
• In order to develop the dilapidated Janata High School in Hudikeri, managed to bring a grant of Rs.10 lakh from the Legislator’s fund from the MLC from Kolar.
• Sponsored the cause to provide basic necessities for the KB High School in Kuttandi village.
