800 ವರ್ಷದ ಇತಿಹಾಸವುಳ್ಳ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಹಾ ವಿಷ್ಣಪ್ಪ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ ಅರುವತ್ತೊಕ್ಲು, ಮಡಿಕೇರಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಸತ್ಯ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯ ಪ್ರಸಾದ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದೆ. ಕೇವಲ ಗರ್ಭ ಗುಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ವಿಷ್ಣಪ್ಪನಿಗೆ ಭಕ್ತರು ಎಲ್ಲ ಸೇರಿ ಬೃಹತ್ತಾದ ಮಂದಿರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಿ ಕಾಲ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಅನ್ನ ಸಂತರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸತ್ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರಲಿ. I had a blessed visit at the 800-year old Sri Maha Vishnappa Temple at Aruvathoklu, Madikeri and received holy prasadam after offering my prayers to the Lord. This temple is an awe-inspiring structure made with pure devotion for Sri Vishnu and I feel thankful for the opportunity to offer my prayers here.

 

 

ವಿರಾಜಪೇಟೆ ವಿಧಾನ ಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಜನಸ್ಪಂದನ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೂ ಮೀರಿ ಯಶಸ್ಸುಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ,ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಎಲ್ಲ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯ ತುಂಬಿದ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು. ಕೊಡಗಿನ ಎರಡೂ ವಿಧಾನ ಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ವಿಜಯದ ಪತಾಕೆ ಹಾರಿಸಲಿದೆ,೨೦ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಸೋಲಿನಿಂದ ಹತಾಶೆಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತನ ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆಲುವಿನ ನಗು ಮೂಡಲಿದೆ.

 

 

 

 

ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪಾರ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗಳನ್ನ ನೀಡಿದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕೊಡಗು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಪಟುಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ಪತಾಕೆಯನ್ನ ಹಾರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಳೆದ ವಾರ ನಮ್ಮ ವಿರಾಜ ಪೇಟೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ನಮ್ಮ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದೆ. ಮೂಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯದಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗಿರುವ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಗೆ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಅನುದಾನದ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇದೆ . ಬನ್ನಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗಳನ್ನ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸೊಣ.

 

 

Had the privilege of being invited to attend a wonderful conference organized by 18 Kodava speaking communities to draw attention to the Government's lack of initiative towards giving this community the representation and opportunities they deserve. There was a call to action for a much-demanded study of their traditions and culture for education and awareness about the Kodava speaking people. The conference also featured a noteworthy exhibition of Kodava books and artefacts! I am thankful to have been able to join this effort and support the Kodava speaking communities. ಕೊಡವ ಭಾಷಿಕ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಕೂಟ,18 ಕೊಡವ ಭಾಷಿಕ ಜನಾಂಗದ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಒತ್ತೋರ್ಮೆ ಕೂಟಕ್ಕೆ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ಅಹ್ವಾನ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ತನ್ನ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಭಿನವತ್ತಳೆ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿತು. ಕುಲ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಅಧ್ಯಯನದ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಬೆಳಕು ಚೆಲ್ಲಲಾಯಿತು. ಕೊಡವ ಜನಾಂಗದ ಕುಲ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ 6 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಮುಗಿಯದೇ ಇರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯಲಾಯಿತು . ಕೊಡವ ಜನಾಂಗದ ವಸ್ತು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಮತ್ತು ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹವಾಗಿದ್ದವು. #Kodagu #Madikeri #Virajpet #Ponnampet #Coorg #Thithimathi #Kunda #Somwarpet #Bhagamandala #Murnad #Mythadi #MBadaga #Parane #Arameri #Hundi #Kaveri #Talacauvery #Siddapura #Hudikeri #Napoklu #Birunani #KiggatNad #Pannagalathamme #Mayamudi #Kadanga #Begur #Gonikoppa #Shivakeri #Talakaveri #KodavaSong #Kutta #Nalkeri
