ಮೂರನೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳ ದಾಖಲೆಯಾದ ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಈ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಧರ್ಮ ಗುರುಗಳು, ನನ್ನ ಧರ್ಮಪತ್ನಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಕಾಂಚನ್ ಪೊನ್ನಣ್ಣ, ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಜ್ಜಿಕುಟ್ಟಿರ ನರೇನ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಪ್ಪ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ತಿತೀರ ಧರ್ಮಜ ಉತ್ತಪ್ಪ, ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಮುಖರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
