Poverty and disparity are the biggest threats to the progress of this great nation. There will be real progress when tribal children get their rightful share in the development of the country and when they become an active part of the mainstream.

 

ಬುಡಕಟ್ಟು ಜನಾಂಗದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಈ ದೇಶದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಪಾಲುದಾರರಾಗಬೇಕು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗದ ಜನ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಹಿನಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯಗಳು ಈಡೇರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಬಡತನ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಮಾನತೆ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಅತಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಶತ್ರುಗಳು.

 

ಕಾಡು ಮತ್ತು ಗುಡ್ಡಗಾಡು ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡತನದಿಂದ ನರಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಲವಾರು ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ಕೂಡ ಸೇರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾವು ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರತಿ ಕೆಲಸವು ಸಮಾಜದ ಕಟ್ಟ ಕಡೆಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೂ ಉಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ನಿರ್ದಾರ ನಮ್ಮದಾಗಲಿ.
