ಬಿಟ್ಟಂಗಾಲದ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲೋನಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಜನರ ಯೋಗಕ್ಷೇಮ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದೆನು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡು, ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದೆನು.
