ಕೊಡವ ಭಾಷೆ, ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಉಳಿದರೆ — ಜನಾಂಗ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಲು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸೋಣ.

ಭಾರತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ 8ನೇ ಪರಿಚ್ಛೇದದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಡವ ಭಾಷೆ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಕುರಿತು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವರದಿ ಕೇಳಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿ ಕಾನೂನಾತ್ಮಕ ವರದಿ ನೀಡಲು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
